To achieve these ends, the Kremlin is prepared to employ the full spectrum of Russia’s power, to include forcefully using its increasingly capable military."

Weapon of Choice: Project 64 (Vysota-3)

IMPORTANT: Project 64 is an official plan for rebuilding Colorado with the Rocky Valley Loop High-Speed rail-road among other major improvements on various infrastructure.
